For 2015-2016 Update: All my tutoring is conducted online via google hangout or skype. I have tutored in this manner for the last two years and I can assure you it works well! My current rate is $50/hr. Roughly 80% of what I make as a tutor goes toward funding my work in Haiti! tikayhaiti.org During the 2012-2013 school year, I worked with over 60 students. 90% of my students (roughly 40 students) in CHEM 210/215 obtained a score of an A- or better. I even had two students who obtained A+ in both organic chemistry classes. Anyone who has worked with me knows that I refrain from using a one-size-fits-all model for instructing because I believe everyone has their unique set of strengths and weaknesses. Also, I am highly committed to each and every student, even making myself available outside of sessions via email/phone/text. **For students interested in group sessions, I charge $30/hr for each student.
