Experience
I have tutored informally and formally for the past eight years covering an array of subjects. However, I am most comfortable tutoring in the fields I am certified to teach as well as study skills and habits. As a certified teacher, I understand and can help students apply the skills they need to succeed in high school and beyond. I have experience working with ESL students as well as writing workshop experience from my time at the University of Michigan. I am dedicated to helping students learn and tutoring is another avenue for me to pursue.

Hobbies
Beyond education, I am also interested in a variety of other activities. I love reading and discussing different pieces of literature. I am also an avid writer, both creative and non-fiction. I enjoy watching football and basketball as well as discussing them. My spare time is usually spent immersed in one of these three activities. However, I do also have a passion for video games because I see them as a way to make learning fun, and I try to incorporate some aspects of video games into my teaching.
