Clifton is an excellent theory tutor. He always has different ways of approaching a topic that you are having trouble with. My grades have gone up since beginning tutoring sessions with Clifton in both aural and written theory classes. I highly recommend him if you need help with music theory or ear training.
I highly recommend Clifton if you are in need of Music Theory or Eartraining support. He breaks down the exercises so that you better understand them. He is generally concerned that you learn the material and he is not just interested in getting through the homework. Flexible, accommodating and very nice. Well worth it!
I highly recommend Clifton as a theory tutor. He gives solid explanations and always provides examples to further your understanding. He was very flexible with his time, accommodating my schedule. After working with him my thinking process became more fluent and my test scores improved greatly. He is very fun to work with and has a great sense of humor.I am sure to use him in the near future.
Clifton is absolutely a life saver. With his knowledge he was able to help my music theory skills and increase my letter grade by three for the course. He was very flexible in meeting times. In addition to his flexibility, his patience attributed to my ability to accomplish so much in a very little time.
Such a great tutor. Explains everything very well. Good at coming up with alternate exercises to help break down new ideas. Very helpful with harmonic/melodic dictation examples. My grades have improved with Clifton's help. I highly recommend him.
