Anyone would be lucky to be his student!" --Pamela, Harvard Law School Probably my greatest asset as a tutor is the fact that I've been teaching high school English for nearly a decade, primarily to 11th graders who are preparing for the ACT and the AP Language and Composition Exam, and who are applying for college (the personal essay is their culminating writing assignment). I spend much of my prep and lunch time working with students individually, so I have pretty much seen it all; some struggle to formulate a sentence, while others need help polishing their application essay to MIT. I'm driven by the belief that good writing is the most important skill to have but the most difficult to learn.
