Education
I am a U of M alumna who taught H.S. for 20 years. I currently co-own LA Baguette, a bakery that makes baguettes, brioche, Madeleine and boules.
Experience
I completed my Masters from Middlebury College in Paris. The combination of a year's immersion, advanced courses and 20 years of teaching to 14-17 year olds puts me in a good position to help native English speakers learn / refresh French. My Spanish experience is not as honed so I'm happy to stay with the beginner and intermediate levels. Since 2011 when I retired from the Public Schools, I've taken on dozens of students to help and I find it very satisfying. I also have 32 years experience working at the Earle Restaurant.
