A graduate of Harvard College, where I received an undergraduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, I am now an aspiring Olympian. I have moved very recently to Ann Arbor, MI, where I aim to qualify to make the U.S. Olympic swim team. I tutored various subjects throughout my time at Harvard, and I was a four-year letter winner on the swim and dive team. I even made captain when I was a senior! Academically, I was well-recognized as an All-American. The areas I mentored included Latin, mathematics, and test prep. I would say that I am an expert-level ACT prep guide. However, I am open to instructing other subjects, with a primary focus on math. I was raised in the Bronx, and I didn't always have an easy time with learning. Therefore, I am aware and sympathetic to the struggles of students who are stuck where I have been. Now, I would say that I have been very successful, after a lifetime of trial and error. I was an intern for Morgan Stanley Investment Banking while I was in college. I was offered a full-time position with the firm, which I will begin after the Olympic trials in 2016. I am able to iron out the kinks in students' learning processes to work to bring them all of the victory I, myself, have found.Outside of tutoring, I have a very full life that consists of things like being outside doing activities, following the stock market, and competitive yo-yo. Yeah, I actually used to compete in yo-yo and would love to show off my skills!
