I am a Physics PhD Candidate at the University of Michigan. I have a BS Physics, BS Astrophysics, Minor Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. My overall GPA was 3.98. I study cosmology; which is the study of the Universe, how it formed, and how it's still forming. I study galaxies within galaxy clusters to try and estimate galaxy cluster masses.
Experience
I have a long history of tutoring and mentorship. I tutored individuals throughout my high school, undergraduate, and graduate careers. I have also been a student instructor for 3 semesters of physics courses at the University level. I know all core mathematics through Differential Equations and Multivariable Calculus, and have tutored every level from 7th grade to Multivariable calc. I am also comfortable with all undergraduate physics. Finally I have taken the ACT, SAT, and GRE and can help with study strategies for them -- especially the math / quantitative / analytical sections.
