I tutored students for three years in various mathematical and physical courses as an Academic Achievement Center tutor at Lawrence Technological University and earned the title 'Tutor of the Year'. I am passionate about my discipline and enjoy above all else exposing others to the power and beauty of mathematics. I can tutor all primary, secondary, and undergraduate topics and some graduate topics at request. *Undergraduate topics not listed in the subjects section include Partial Differential Equations, Nonlinear Dynamics, Advanced Calculus, Abstract Algebra, Complex, Numerical, and Real Analysis, and Discrete Mathematics. I strive for clarity and thoroughness, as one can never be too clear when instructing the axioms or posits of math nor too thorough in contextualization, derivation, or proof. I strive also to inspire the "gut feeling", as one can not overemphasize the importance of intuition nor the edification that entails the understanding- not the memorization - of a concept. I feel that it is of utmost importance to accommodate the learning style of students, whether they prefer the visual or auditory, the practical or the abstract.
