Experience
I received a 32 composite score on the ACT, including a 36 on the reading portion. In undergrad, I double-majored in political science and geology. I also feel very comfortable helping students with reading and writing. I have taken a number of writing classes in the English department, as well as literature courses. One of my essays was selected as a finalist for an annual award in the University of Michigan's Slavic Department. I want to be a tutor because I appreciate all of the help I have gotten from teachers, professors, instructors, and coaches over the years, and want to do my part in helping others exceed as well.
