I went to the University of Michigan to earn my bachelor's degree in biophysics, graduating in the honors program. While the University of Michigan, I had the opportunity to tutor and teach students in beginning science courses. After I graduated, I tutored full-time while doing clinical research as well. I believe every student is smart, but not every student can deal well with classroom learning. Many students have their own learning styles that must be matched by myself as the tutor to help them learn effectively. I enjoy helping students fill in the gaps in their knowledge and make progress towards full understanding of course material and tests. In my free time, I like to exercise, study philosophy, follow politics, and read.
