Experience

I went to high school in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated in 2009, where I was a National Merit finalist, with excellent SAT, ACT, and AP scores. I tutored my peers while I was a high school junior and senior. I then moved to Pasadena, CA to attend the California Institute of Technology. While studying chemical engineering, I tutored high schoolers in various math and science subjects throughout college via Caltech's RISE tutoring program. After graduating college, I moved to Ann Arbor to work as a research engineer at Ford Motor Company. I am also getting my MS in chemical engineering part time at the U of M. I realized that I missed tutoring and would like to fill my spare time by helping high school and college students with coursework and exam prep. (Plus, tutoring will help fund my travel habits!) I would love to tutor high school and college math and science courses. Since I am close to wrapping up my MS in chemical engineering, I can also tutor college chemical engineering science courses. I would also love to help you prepare for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE and AP exams.

I am a full time engineer and a part time masters student. I was a swimmer all my life, but then burnt out while swimming in college. So now I am a runner, a rock climber, and a yogi. I also play piano and violin and a little bit of cello. I'm fluent in Chinese.
