Education
I am currently a graduate student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbour for Chemical Biology. I have BS degrees in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biochemistry at the University of North Texas. My passion in life is scientific discovery, research and teaching. During my undergrad years, I had done significant research in Organic Chemistry, Analytical chemistry, and Biophysics labs.
Experience
I've been a professional tutor for around 5 years. I tutored for the department of education at UNT but found that private tutoring services provide the best environment for students to grow and for me to build rapport. I tutor math from basic Arithmetic up to Calculus and Organic Chemistry, classes of which I've gotten good grades in. My sessions are usually virtual similar to the Khan Academy's method of lessons that have the added benefit of an open floor to questions. Sessions can also be conducted with an additional 2 students without an increase in cost.

Hobbies
I love practicing on the violin, practicing French and Russian, and going on random road trips. I never turn down an opportunity to hang out with friends and coffee is my favorite beverage! When I am not tutoring, I conduct research in a Biophysics lab. As an extrovert, building relationships is something I look forward to the most when meeting new clients and I can easily adapt my teaching methods to accommodate varying personalities and learning types.
